When you open an account on nava4d, you enter into a service agreement with us. We set out the rules governing your use of our platform—how we handle your deposits and withdrawals, what happens when disputes arise, and what rights and obligations both you and nava4d have. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, we may place a hold on withdrawals pending re-verification of your identity. This is a regulatory requirement, not a penalty. Once you re-verify, we will lift the hold immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of nava4d is subject to that jurisdiction's law and our arbitration process. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
